FlySim's global eSIM works in 118 destinations on five continents, including the US, France, the UK, Italy, Japan, Thailand, Brazil, Australia, Mexico and United Arab Emirates. Prices start at $23.07 for 3GB for 30 days and go up to $119.88 for 20GB for 30 days. It's a data-only plan, validity starts at your first network connection in a covered destination, and the QR code arrives by email within minutes of payment.
The global plan is built for routes that cross continents: a long trip through South America, Europe and then the US, or several work trips back to back. It works in 118 destinations across the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania, so at every stop your phone joins a local network without buying a new plan.
Exactly what you get
Every global plan comes with the same terms. The only difference between them is the amount of data.
- 118 destinations, one eSIM
- The plan works in every destination listed below, across the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania. Land in the next country and your phone joins the local network on its own.
- 5G in most destinations
- Browse on 3G / 4G / 5G through major local carriers (Verizon in the US, Orange and SFR in France, O2 and Vodafone in the UK, NTT docomo in Japan, Claro and Vivo in Brazil and more). Actual speed depends on coverage where you are.
- Hotspot allowed
- Share your connection with a laptop, tablet or your partner's phone. Keep in mind that everything those devices use comes out of the same plan.
- Validity starts at first connection
- Days are counted from the first network connection in a covered destination, not from purchase. Israel is one of them, so turn on the FlySim line only when you land. You can buy and install up to 180 days before your flight.
- Data only, keep your number
- The plan is internet only, with no local phone number. WhatsApp, video calls and apps work as usual, and your home SIM can stay in the phone for SMS.
- Delivered by email in minutes
- Right after payment you get a QR code with step-by-step install instructions. Scan it and you're set. No courier, no physical SIM.
Which plan fits your trip?
Estimates based on average daily use. A plan ends when the data runs out or the validity ends, whichever comes first.

The 118 destinations this plan works in
229 local mobile networks across 118 destinations. The eSIM picks the strongest one nearby on its own, with nothing to set up.
Europe · 42 destinations
The plan covers most of Europe (including France, Turkey and the Balkans), North, Central and South America, East and Southeast Asia and India, destinations in the Middle East and Africa, and Australia and New Zealand.
How it works
- Pick a plan and pay
Secure checkout. Your QR code arrives by email within minutes.
- Install at home, turn on when you land
Scan the QR before your flight (about 2 minutes, needs Wi-Fi) and leave the FlySim line off. Israel is covered, so connecting at home starts the clock.
- Land and turn on roaming
Select the FlySim eSIM for mobile data and turn on data roaming. That's it, you're online.
- Flying to the next stop? Do nothing
After landing, your phone switches to the new country's network on its own. Sometimes it takes a few minutes.
Israel is covered (on Partner). Install the eSIM at home, but keep the FlySim line off until you land: if it connects to a network at home, the days start counting here.
Good to know before you buy
- You need an eSIM-capable phone that isn't locked to a specific carrier. Most iPhones from the XS onward and most recent flagship Android phones are supported.
- Traffic is routed through a server in the UK or Norway, so some sites and apps (Google or streaming services, for example) may show content as if you were in the UK or Norway. It doesn't affect WhatsApp, maps or normal browsing.
- Most destinations have 5G, but in some the plan's networks are slower: 4G in Argentina, Armenia, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Cameroon, Chad, Cote d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ecuador, El Salvador, Eswatini, Gabon, Ghana, Honduras, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Macau, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Moldova, Morocco, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Panama, Paraguay, Republic of the Congo, Senegal, Serbia, Seychelles, Uganda, Ukraine and Uzbekistan; 3G in Central African Republic, Guinea-Bissau and Niger. That's enough for WhatsApp, maps and social media, less so for HD streaming.
- Run out of data mid-trip? You can buy another plan from this page at any time and install it within minutes.
- Unused data doesn't carry over to another plan and isn't refunded when the validity ends.

Which countries does the global plan cover?
The plan works in 118 destinations: Albania, Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cameroon, Canada, Central African Republic, Chad, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cote d'Ivoire, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Denmark, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Estonia, Eswatini, Finland, France, Gabon, Germany, Ghana, Gibraltar, Greece, Guam, Guatemala, Guinea-Bissau, Honduras, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kosovo, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Liberia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macau, Madagascar, Malawi, Malaysia, Mali, Malta, Mauritius, Mexico, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, the Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Republic of the Congo, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tanzania, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, the UK, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, the US, Uzbekistan and Zambia. VN, GE, Cambodia, LA, Nepal, DO and BH are not included.
When is a global plan better than a country or regional plan?
When your route crosses continents, say Europe and then the US, or South America and then Asia. For a trip to one country, or only Europe or only Asia, the dedicated or regional plan is cheaper. The global plan saves you buying and installing a new plan at every stop.
Does the global plan work in France?
Yes. France is included in the global plan, on Orange, SFR, Bouygues and Free Mobile.
When does the plan's validity start?
Validity starts at the first network connection in a covered destination, not on the day you buy. You can buy and install the eSIM up to 180 days in advance. Israel is covered, so if the FlySim line is on and connects at home, the clock starts here. Install at home, leave the line off, and turn it on when you land.
What if my trip is longer than 30 days?
Each plan is valid for 30 days from first connection, or until the data runs out, whichever comes first. For a longer trip, buy another plan from this page when the first one ends. The new QR arrives by email within minutes and can be installed abroad (you'll need Wi-Fi).
What happens when I fly to another country?
Nothing on your end. The same eSIM keeps working, and after landing your phone joins a local network in the new country automatically. Make sure data roaming is on. If the connection doesn't return within a few minutes, toggle airplane mode off and on.
Does the plan include a phone number and calls?
No. It's a data-only plan. WhatsApp calls, FaceTime and other apps work as usual over data. Your home SIM can stay in the phone to receive SMS (bank verification codes, for example); turn off roaming on it to avoid charges from your home carrier.
Can I share the connection with a laptop or another phone?
Yes, hotspot is allowed on the global plan. Everything the connected devices use comes out of the same data, so if you plan to work from a laptop, pick a larger plan.
What if I run out of data mid-trip?
Buy another plan from this page. The new QR arrives by email within minutes and can be installed abroad too (you'll need Wi-Fi, e.g. at the hotel). You can check your remaining data any time on the usage check page.
How do I know my phone supports eSIM?
On iPhone: Settings → Cellular. If you see "Add eSIM", your phone supports it. On Android, search for "eSIM" in settings. The phone also needs to be carrier-unlocked, which is the case for most phones bought in Israel.
