Yes. An eSIM (also called a digital SIM or virtual SIM) is a SIM with no physical component, installed on your device by scanning a QR code instead of inserting a card. You use it exactly like a regular SIM for data abroad, without hunting for a SIM kiosk at your destination.
Does my device support eSIM technology?
Most smartphones released in the last five years support eSIM. We recommend checking your device settings, or looking up your phone model in the FlySim compatibility checker. Open the compatibility checker
How exactly does activation work?
After payment, you'll receive a unique QR code by email. Scan it in your device's cellular settings (Add eSIM), confirm, and that's it.
When does my data plan expire?
Every plan has a validity period listed alongside it (for example, 7 or 30 days), counted from the moment it's activated, not from the moment of purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. A plan that doesn't work at your destination because of a technical fault we couldn't resolve gets a full refund, and a plan that hasn't been installed yet can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase. Full details are in the Terms, under cancellations and refunds.
How do I check how much data I have left?
On the usage page, enter the 16-digit eSIM number from the email you received after your purchase to see how many GB you've used, how many are left and when your plan expires. Check your data balance
